Return Policy
We understand the challenges of online shopping and want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. We do not offer refunds or exchanges but we are happy to accept your returns for a store credit for the subtotal amount to be used towards a future purchase.
Return Guidelines
- Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in original packaging. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be ineligible to receive store credit.
- All intimates including Bodysuits are FINAL SALE.
- If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email us within 24hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so may result in our inability to replace your item.
- All items are returned to us is at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.
- Please retain a tracking number for the returned package in case of any courier issues on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
